Ali Robinson’s vitrines mentioned in Stella magazine – The Sunday Telegraph
October 2017
Bespoke furniture designer Ali Robinson is once again thrilled to see that his vitrines have been mentioned in Stella magazine – The Sunday Telegraph.
The idea for the vitrines came from reading ‘The Hare With The Amber Eyes – A Hidden Inheritance’, by Edmund de Waal. This tragic story centres on an object of desire and keepsake; it touches on love, pleasure and exquisite craftsmanship.
There are a total of four vitrine designs: Symonds, an elegant design with three slim doors and a colourful drawer at the bottom; Barnsbury, is a smaller sized vitrine with the option of closed coloured storage enamel box at the top; Clarendon, which is a double vitrine and Ashorne, which is a simple but elegant option.
